Took about 15 minutes to fit, and the fact that I didn’t have to splice into the factory harness was a huge time-saver. The handle disengages fully now, no more jamming when I close the tailgate. Solid upgrade.
Fitting it was straightforward since there’s no need to mess with the factory harness, which I appreciated. The tailgate handle fully disengages now, so it feels safer than the stock setup. Only gripe is the instructions could be a bit clearer, but once on, it works as described.
